1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReviewGenie ("Service"), owned and operated by Think Info Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewGenie is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses:

• Generate AI-powered Google reviews
• Create QR codes for review collection
• Manage and track customer reviews
• Reply to Google reviews automatically (Premium feature)
• Integrate with Google Business Profile (Premium feature)

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Service Plans

4.1 Free Plan (7-day full access)

• Full feature access for 7 days
• AI review generation
• QR campaigns and Google review page access
• Expires automatically after 7 days; continued AI access requires a paid plan

4.2 Basic Plan (₹999/year)

• AI review generation
• Open Google review page for submissions
• QR campaign creation
• Review tracking & dashboard
• Multi-language support

4.3 Premium Plan (Coming Soon)

• Review reply with AI auto-reply (subject to Google API approval)
• Posts & auto-reply
• Advanced analytics
• Priority support and multi-language support
• Planned 1-year validity; currently not available for purchase

5. Payment Terms

• All paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay. Basic is billed yearly in advance; Premium is coming soon.
• Free plan is limited to 7 days and cannot be reactivated once you upgrade to a paid plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Prices may change with notice; renewals use the then-current price.
• On expiry of a paid plan, AI-generated reviews and premium features stop; users can still access the Google review page.
• Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
• You must ensure accurate billing information and timely payment; failure to pay may suspend or terminate access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate fake or fraudulent reviews
• Violate Google's review policies or terms of service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate review content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated reviews are suggestions and should be reviewed before posting
• You are responsible for ensuring reviews comply with Google's policies
• Reviews must be authentic and based on actual customer experiences
• We are not responsible for any consequences of posting AI-generated reviews
• You should customize AI-generated content to reflect genuine experiences

8. Google Business Profile Integration

When using Premium features that integrate with Google Business Profile:

• You must have proper authorization to manage the Google Business Profile
• You agree to comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy
• We only access data necessary to provide our services
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
• We are not responsible for Google's service availability or changes

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ReviewGenie and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Misuse the Service in any way

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to Premium features will continue until the end of your billing period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All features will always be available
• AI-generated content will meet your specific needs
• Third-party integrations (like Google) will always function

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWGENIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewGenie harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post or generate through the Service

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.
